Well, The Living Stations of the Cross was a huge success again this year (year #2)! Over 11,000 people came to the Blessed Sacrament Cathedral in Detroit to witness a new musical tradition in the celebration of the Passion of Jesus Christ. Amy Heard was back this year as Mary Magdalene, as well as Jamie Kolacki as Pilot and Elizabeth Mihalo as the blessed Mother Mary. There were 2 new songs added this year by creator/composer, Kelly Nieto… absolutely gorgeous! There will be more songs added next year! How exciting to have been on the ground floor of a new musical! Thank you, Kelly!!! For those who didn’t make it, you really missed something incredible. But fear not, it will be back again next year and for many years to come! Please take the time to watch a collage of last year’s performance.
